Italian Hip Hop duo formed in Milan in 1990. Alias is ispired from the Irish constitutional law guaranteeing freedom of the expression (Section 31 of Broadcasting Authority act, 1960). Since 2006 it is in "pause" mode: both artists are working on their own solo careers.
